I am a mom that loves to cook and bake for my mini. If cooking doesn't spark joy for you but you want to give your baby or toddler a variety of meals without the time or effort I'm your girl!
Leave the cooking to someone who loves to do it and spend more time with your mini.
Our current menu focuses on finger foods that come batch frozen, making mealtime easy and stress-free. Each item can be served on its own or paired with quick, no-cook sides like yogurt, fresh fruit, or veggies from your own plate. Check out our instagram for inspiration! @babyminimeals
This flexible approach means less prep for you and more variety for your baby or toddler. While our main offerings highlight freezer-friendly finger foods, we also happily prepare purées and non-finger food options upon request, so you can find the perfect fit for your mini's stage and preferences.
At Mini Meals, we introduce a wide range of flavors using herbs, spices, and natural ingredients. This helps support your child's palate development early on, encouraging openness to diverse foods.
>Mini Meals are prepared and served whole, allowing you to cut or modify them based on your baby’s age, stage, and developmental needs. Every child progresses differently, so this flexibility helps you serve in the way that feels safest for your mini. For more guidance on how to safely serve foods, Solid Starts is an excellent resource.
Many of our meals can be adapted based on your child's dietary needs or preferences. Standard recipes that include common allergens (like dairy, egg, nuts, fish, etc) are available with substitutions where possible.
However, please note that while we take care to reduce cross-contact, meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
An important benefit of our meal service is ongoing allergen exposure, something Canadian pediatric guidelines emphasize as crucial for maintaining tolerance once foods are introduced. The Canadian Paediatric Society recommends regular ingestion "a few times a week," and Food Allergy Canada's "Eat Early. Eat Often" guide provides practical information on this approach.
